Humaner

Vision

There was a time when asking support to a company meant something.

A time where customers feel understood.

A time where issues were solved and not ignored.

A time when talking to a business actually meant something.

A bridge instead of a wall

There was a time ...

Where companies were carrying for customers and solving their problems.

If you have contacted any large company's support in the past months you know this feeling. Explaining your problem to face a generic chatbot saying that he understood your frustration already but according to ToS blablabla. So you quickly press the talk to a human button and what you get instead is a wall. Nobody actually cares, neither the company, neither the chatbot.

That feeling is exactly why we built Humaner. Because we believe this must not exists.

Not by removing AI but by using AI differently, to build a bridge instead of a wall.

We believe that future isn't that horrific chatbot loop and neither the old support call center that cannot sustain growth, but something in between.

Something that actually really cares and help companies growth thanks to Agentic. We believe the future of customer relationships is not human or AI. It is human and AI, each doing what they're actually good at.

Your brand voice

Your brand have a tone, a register, a way of speaking to users. You probably have a different way of handling issues or anything of a kind. Generic agents all sound like the same intern reading the same compliance for all companies. The problem is that customers feel it and you probably already have. Avoiding at any cost to speak to that chatbot, like not as a specific complaint but more like an ambient "yep, nobody's home" sensation that some brands carry inside their websites.

We, in Humaner, spent months to build up characters, personas and ways of handling issues. Starting with presets like Casual, Corporate or Efficient tones. Same knowledge, different voice, different judgment. A fitness studio agent and a B2B SaaS agent shouldn't just wear different brand colors. They should think differently when a customer says something unexpected, because their customers are different.

That's the difference between support that represents a brand and generic support.

Humaner Framework

An agent is only as good as what it knows. Sounds obvious but so often ignored. Most bad support doesn't come from a model problem. It's either bad architecture or bad KBs. Bad architecture comes down with bad retrieval or fixed ingestion.

Humaner treats knowledge as a living environment, not a one-time PDF upload. Resources synced automatically through cron jobs, gaps surface from real conversations and auto-training through support. So Humaner model learns, adapt and connect dots within your business.

Cherry on top, our hybrid RAG brings cross-session memory to ensure exceptional support to every customers.

And since every industry have its own jargon and specifies, the type of stuff an employee joining the company would knows, we added one more layer: the Vertical Skillz. To fill the gap between Human behavior and Agentic, the only thing lacking is your company's knowledge.

A set of Skillz within each Industries.

  • Retail
  • Digital Service
  • Hospitality
  • Wellness

Skillz you can fork or create within our OSS folder. Building the next open-sourced support agents. So Humaner gets better, but you too.

Desk Intelligence

The Desk is where escalations go when the agent hits a wall.

Sending every ticket arrives with context: summary, urgency, what was tried, why it's here and how urgent it is.

This is where speed and framework makes the difference. The goal of Humaner is to handle growth and care at the same time, so we separate it in two ways:

  • AI Desk
  • Human Desk

AI Desk act as a first triage of low urgency tickets to clean up the floor for your team. And medium/priority ones reach directly the Human desk where agents also learn using team's runbooks and solved issues to handle even more work overtime.

Sequence from visitor to agent, knowledge, and desk handoff

The Desk adapts to how your customers reach you — individuals in a widget, or logged-in users inside your product.

  • B2C is conversation-centric: each visitor is one thread until it is resolved.
  • PLG B2B is in-product: call identify with email and company from your auth so the agent and desk share context — no CRM required.

Runbooks handle the structured cases automatically, like your most common issues.

Urgency scoring puts the right tickets at the top of the queue so you can prioritize quickly. In the end the goal is to solve more, better and faster.

Humaner laws

{Humaner laws govern every product decision we make.}

Customer care first

When someone contacts support they didn't clear their schedule for it. They paused their life because something broke. Patience is already spent before the first message. The interaction has to cost them as little as possible in time and effort.

The better feeling is where you never had to explain yourself twice.

Humaner agents and features are always built towards that goal, making customers feel understood and solving their damn issues, that's it.

Developer experience as a core

It's where we came from, it's our identity, the tools we use, what we love. Cannot make it more simpler. We build what we love cause at the end you do it right.

That's why our Framework is open-source, that's why every tools we use at Humaner is too.

Beyond the Agentic limits

We always strive to be pioneer in what we do, looking for the next upgrade, to push agentic limits beyond what it has been done already.

Humaner today, the 19th July 2026 when we wrote this, is at hundred miles of what it will be next year.

Crafted for developers

As we said, Humaner is DX first, meaning we optimize it considering your feedbacks and your choices. Everything inside Humaner is open-sourced except our Intelligence framework made for recursiveness, which remains our identity and what makes Humaner actually Humaner.

But our repo allow you to deploy your own agents in a snap using our framework, the escalation system we built and the Skillz of each industry.

BYO means what it says. Bring your own model, your own rules, and deploy within the Humaner infrastructure.

Skillz packages are open: readable, forkable, composable how-tos for how support should move in a given vertical or situation. So you onboard agents like real employees.

The full pipeline is documented at intelligence.

Security and compliance at security.

Built for customers

The point of the whole stack is that someone on the other side feels helped. Everything else for customers is simply noise.

Built for customers means remembered, cared and experience first.

  • Straight answers from your KBs or from auto-training.
  • A voice that matches the brand instead of generic support-bot-dot-exe.

And when a real human support is needed, you get the whole brief with history and suggestions.

If the agent can't help, it says so clearly and opens a real path forward.

"According to our terms of service, please refer to the FAQ" isn't our policy.

Our vision

If you read until there you pretty much understood what we stand for. Genuine care to handle customer issues and businesses growth.

Most of other tools are solving the wrong problem: handling more volume at lower cost, and arriving at the wrong answer. Experiences that scale indifference instead of care.

The goal is to define what customer relationships should look like in the AI era. Not as a whitepaper but as an identity that has to live up to what it says, a company that demonstrates what it asks others to believe, and a product that gets more useful overtime.

A strong core that compounds so your business can grow safely, keeping the same standards.

The businesses people still talk about are the ones that treated care as an investment, except is you've a monopoly on the industry like big companies out there for which customer service isn't a thing.

But for us it's not somethign that should exists. And we're building the infrastructure that makes it possible for any business to act on those values, consistently, at any volume, at any hour.

Businesses that adopt Humaner aren't just adopting another customer support. They're adopting a position: that their customers deserve better than the industry average, that care is worth investing in, and that building something genuinely good for the people must be the number one priority.
