Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before launching your first agent.

What counts as a message?

Each agent reply counts as one message. Inbound customer messages are free.

What is the difference between Classic and Frontier?

We'll publish the full comparison shortly. Both are Cloud mailbox plans.

Is there a free plan?

No public free Cloud plan. Classic starts with starter credits and no card required.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes apply on your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my message limit?

Extra agent replies are billed as overage at $0.07 each. Manage usage inside the app.

Can I add more team members or inboxes?

Yes. Extra member seats are $20/mo. Extra agents are $15/mo. Extra mailboxes are $7/mo. Redirect aliases on a connected mailbox are free.

What is an alias versus a mailbox?

A mailbox is a real provider connection (IMAP, Gmail, Microsoft). An alias is only a redirect onto a mailbox you already connected — those are free. You pay when you connect another provider inbox.
